@jenso: That happens sometimes with scanlations. Sometimes, the English translation is quite a bit shorter than the original Japanese text, so some speech bubbles tend to be unused. There are some scanlation groups who bypass that problem by drawing their own speech bubbles, but that takes quite a bit of time and skill, so most groups don't bother.
As for that volume in question... well, I haven't exactly seen it, but if it's a final release and the context on the page is still meaningfull, then it's probably a complete translation.
